We have definitely found our "Handyman" in Terry. First off, a very nice guy and honest. Secondly, he did very good work at a very reasonable price. Even more than that, he clearly takes pride in doing very good job. We plan to hire Terry for work in the future. I'd highly recommend him.

Terry Jenkins (aka Terry The Handyman) is by far one of the best home repair professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. I like to do what I can myself, and like to consider myself a realistic do-it-yourselfer. When I realized that we had a clear issue of exterior window flashing installation failure spanning a couple of stories, I decided that it was out of my league (and ladder length). In no time I was directed by a highly trusted contractor friend to call Terry. Terry confirmed my suspicions regarding the probable source our breach, but before providing an estimate, he assessed every nook and cranny of my southern facing exterior. Terry holds the coveted philosophy that it is best to install and repair things correctly the first time. We established that we wanted to fix the source of the problem and restore any damage realized thus far. As with any multiple layer tear down-repair projects, it is important to trust the professional to explain additional damage discovered and adjust the scope/estimate as required. Terry was definitely the right guy to tackle our project. After my siding was removed, Terry identified several places where our sheeting had taken on water and needed to be replaced. He possesses the skills to work through any surprises and has a vast arsenal of techniques to develop a solution for most any situations. Terry completed the job with the utmost professionalism and genuine care for my property. The worksite was consistently neat and clean and kept safe for the family. As an added treat, Terry works with his apprentice Abby. Abby is simply one of the most gentle, docile and loving dogs I have ever met. Terry could consider having Abby registered as a Therapy pet and work on contract at a medical facility for the Handyman gig. Thanks, for everything, Terry – see you on the Shed project!

We found Terry almost by accident, but the "good" kind. We had several different tasks we needed completed and Terry got an A Plus on all of them... Not only that but very prompt and fast...and a true gentleman to boot! We definitely recommend him!

Terry was prompt and professional. After making several calls to other home repair services, the call to Terry was the most professional, and appointment time was exact and not the hour+ windows all others were willing to commit to. Repair work was done same day, and with great quality. Price was extremely fair also. We will definitely call on Terry for future work.

I have worked with Terry on a few projects over the years and the last was siding and a some doors. My home is older and needed some rotted wood replaced. It is great for me to have someone I can trust to do the work without having to worry if it is done correctly. With his finnish carpenter experiece he has great attention to detail. A few years later my siding still looks perfect.

Terry was referred to us by our landlord for needed repairs in our condo unit. He arrived on time and spent 3 hours re-caulking sinks and tubs, installing a new garbage disposal, repairing a patio door and doing extra work that he did gratis. We were very happy with the quality and professionalism of Terry's work.

Terry is a master craftsman...I needed to replace my bare stairs that originally had old cracked, dented, ugly bamboo on them with solid Oak stringers, treads and risers. This was a very intricate job measuring the stringers with a template and each step was cut to it's perfect size. Steps fit in like a glove and they look simply stunning. I would be willing to show the stairs or give a verbal recommendation at any time just call dan at 847-856-1323. Pics have been sent to Terry if you wish to see.

Terry did some repair work on my front porch and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. He is a skilled professional who is also a good businessman. His prices are fair and the quality of his service is excellent.
